Strivo's board is comprised of our founders, our CEO, and three external chairpersons. The board has been carefully selected in order to suit the nature and complexity of the company's operations, as well as state of development and other conditions.
In order to ensure that the Board members and CEO of Strivo have sufficient insight and experience to participate in the management of the company, the Board has established a policy for education, elections and evaluation of board members. According to this policy, a wide range of abilites and knowledge will be taken into account when new members of the board are selected and when existing members are evaluated. Furthermore, the Chairman of the Board shall draw up an annual education plan and document completed advancments.
